Kitchen Renovation – College Park
This was a tired investment property in need of a renovation to attract a higher rental return. When considering what a professional tenant might expect it was decided a home alteration was necessary to remove a dividing wall and make an open plan kitchen and living zone.
After the wall was removed a custom made kitchen with Caesarstone bench top was designed and installed incorporating a large breakfast bar.
This unit now offers a large open space for entertaining.
