Project Detail

What was once a tired 1970’s investment property has been transformed into a fresh new home with an entire renovation makeover both inside and outside. The floor plan was functional so no alterations were necessary just update the look and feel of the home.

The old-fashioned cream brick exterior has been updated to a modern render. At the entrance of the home is the original feature stone wall which has been left exposed as it makes a wonderful impact to the entrance when combined with the fresh new exterior colour.

Once inside the old 1970’s interior is a distant memory as every room is new, bright and fresh.

The timber panelling in the lounge room was replaced with plasterboard and all walls painted in a sleek white. This combined with the polished floor boards instantly changed the feel of the home.

The bathroom, kitchen and laundry were completely demolished and replaced with custom cabinetry, modern fixtures and new appliances. To complete the interior custom built in robes were installed in each of the bedrooms.
