As the home was large enough to accommodate it’s family, we altered the floor-plan by removing a dividing wall between the kitchen and living zone. This improved the functionality of the space and also allowed the natural light from the living room windows to flood into the kitchen space.
A custom built kitchen finished in 2pack paint was installed with a waterfall stone bench top and appliances.
The ensuite bathroom was completely renovated and now features a custom dual vanity with stone top and marble feature wall in the shower.
Other renovation works in this home included the restoration of original fireplaces, replacing damaged ceilings and matching the cornice and ceiling roses to the existing. The homes interior was painted throughout and new light fittings and curtains installed.
