What was once a tired 90’s property has been transformed into a fresh new home with an entire renovation, both inside and out. The existing floor plan was functional, and required no structural changes, focusing instead on aesthetic upgrades.
Throughout the renovation, we prioritised the use of bright and unified paint colours to maximise natural light and create a bright and open atmosphere. In addition to the interior updates, we applied a fresh coat of exterior paint to brighten, refresh and protect the home for years to come.
This kitchen featured custom cabinetry with Caesarstone benchtops and a hidden appliance cupboard. The all-white appliances blended into the kitchen seamlessly. A glass splashback was installed per the client’s preference, ensuring easy maintenance. All our kitchens are fitted with soft close hinges.
Simultaneously renovating, both the main bathroom and ensuite with identical floor and wall tiles to achieve a seamless aesthetic. Featuring premium Oliveri tapware, heated towel rails for added comfort, and luxurious floor-to-ceiling tiling.
